We do not engage in the practice of sharing your account information with any third party agents or marketers. No one is notified that you are using the eVerify services; this includes any and all persons that you may be investigating through the use of our searches. Your search history is only made available to the rightful eVerify subscriber or his/her authorized agent with secure access to our member’s area.
As an eVerify customer you may be receiving various promotional eVerifeid email offers and newsletters. This is because you have chosen to receive promotional mailings from eVerifeid upon your initial subscription to our service.
If you no longer wish to receive these emails you may remove your email address from our mailing list below. Please note that this will not close your account, and you may still receive important emails regarding your account or the eVerify service.
EVerified ("we" or "our" or "us") values the relationship that it has with its customers and is always committed to responsible information handling practices.
This privacy policy is intended to inform you about the types of information gathered by eVerify (“we" or “us") when you use our public records search services, how we use and safeguard that information, and the degree to which you may control the maintenance and sharing of your information.
